A Lifestyle Centered In Healing The Environment.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” —Margaret Mead

Our environment has the greatest impact in our life. It supports all life forms and influences our mood. We depend on it because of the essential benefits such as the air we breathe, food we eat, water we drink and also the materials needed in our homes, work and for leisure activities. By managing it properly, we can improve our quality of life. Unfortunately, most of the time people don't care about what they are doing which might destroy or ruin our environment. By having an eco-friendly living, we can help sustain our environment, save money and help the world. Turning off or unplugging the machines that uses energy reduces your carbon footprint or by buying and/or using eco-friendly machines or technology. Eating less meat specially red meat, prevents wasting of food and composting expired or spoiled food also helps the environment. Saving water, electricity, fuel and using less paper helps us take care of our environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, keeps our water clean and slows both rate of atmospheric warming and ocean acidification. Using bikes instead of smoke producing vehicles and keeping our garden chemical-free, planting trees and reusing and recycling things or plastic also helps us heal the environment. Let us all cooperate and unify for a healthy cleaner and sustainable environment for us and for the next generations to come.
